We are an Ohio Corporation in good standing and have been in the wheel and tire business for more than 30 years.  As a member of American Car Care Centers, the largest national group of tire stores, and with our Internet presence, we are able to buy large quantities of today’s hottest wheels and best selling tires at the right price and share those savings with our customers.  Our staff members are true wheel and tire experts and we pride ourselves in maintaining cutting edge knowledge of the tire, wheel and new car industries.  Our goal is to provide customers with the best fitment and application data available and to make buying tires, wheels and automotive accessories a hassle free experience.  We offer a wide selection of products to fit every vehicle and every budget.

Customer Support Hours of operation:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time
Fridays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time
 
Payment:
1. Payment will be accepted in the form of Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or Money Order.
2. The customer’s credit card will be charged in full on the day the order is accepted.
3. A deposit is required on special order items.
4. Residents of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana will be charged 6.50% sales tax.

Shipping
1. We ship via UPS ground service with all packages insured.
2. From our warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio we can ship to most of the continental US within two business days.
3. The buyer is responsible for the true shipping cost of the package (NO HANDLING CHARGES).
4. Most items are shipped within one business day after the order is received and payment verified.
5. We will send you an email once shipped which will include your UPS tracking number(s).
6. The insurance is already included in the shipping rate. We take great care to properly and promptly prepare each package for shipping.
7. All claims for missing items must be reported with 48 hours of product arrival.
8. If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS customer service center within 48 hours to report the damage.  Save all packaging material for UPS inspection.  UPS will pick up the damaged merchandise to return to Buywheelstoday.com.
9. Lost packages must be reported to UPS and to us within 48 hours of expected arrival time.
